Marketing Waiver

By booking a service with AtoD Auto Detailing, I, [Client's Name], hereby grant permission to AtoD Auto Detailing and its representatives to take photographs and videos of my vehicle before, during, and after the detailing process. I understand and agree that these photographs and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, advertisements, and printed materials.

I acknowledge that my consent for the use of these photographs and videos is voluntary, and I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by notifying AtoD Auto Detailing in writing. Withdrawal of consent will be effective upon receipt of the written request and will only apply to future use of photographs and videos.

I understand that while AtoD Auto Detailing will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security and confidentiality of the photographs and videos, they cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use or disclosure by third parties.

I hereby release AtoD Auto Detailing, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and videos, including any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of any personal or proprietary rights.

I affirm that I am the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle and have the authority to grant this consent. I have read and understand the terms of this waiver/disclaimer and willingly agree to its contents.
